Nekoosa Civic Center
The village of Nekoosa was in need of a facility to hold banquets and meetings of various sizes. The resulting facility has two meeting rooms, a banquet room for four hundred and a full service kitchen to serve the building. Currently the village is raising funds to build the building without using public dollars.



Olson Tire and Auto Service, Inc.
The existing Olson Tire and Auto Service was built in the mid-seventies. It was due for an upgrade. The owner had a vision of a state-of-the-art service facility in downtown Wausau. The plan also included a space for a Subway restraint. The resulting design incorporates a one-in-one out design with a canopy for customers during inclement weather. The exterior of the building was completely revamped to fit the old-world retail image of downtown Wausau.



NAPA Auto Retail Auto Parts Store
In Bloomington, Illinois, Arc Central worked with local officials and contractors to design this 7800 s.f. auto parts retail store to local ordinances and building codes.



Convenience Store Renovation
The BP Riverside Express Convenience store in Wisconsin Rapids was completely renovated with features including a Sub Express sandwich counter and walk-in beer cave.

The concepts of value merchandising, display arrangements, customer demographics, advertising, promotions, and targeted product lines were considered to achieve the primary objective of increased sales per square foot. Other objectives were to improve the environment, create focused merchandising areas and provide a display stage for the merchandise.

Forces that backed the above objectives include: better traffic flow, enhanced identifiers, ergonomics, lighting, colors and ceiling treatments. Arc Central considered all aspects of customer purchasing habits, inventory turns, merchandising plans, energy utilization and staffing requirements, while taking into consideration various services, storage, OSHA, IBC, ADAAG, building codes while meeting the objectives of the store management.



Schreiber Building
This three story, 65,000 sq. ft. retail facility was completely renovated to prepare space for a variety of new office suites. The alterations included the installation of a new elevator, new windows and siding as well as a central atrium beneath a clerestory roof.



Associated Bank (First Financial Bank), Employee Lounge
The existing employee lounge space in the Stevens Point corporate offices was unattractive and comprised of small spaces. The bank wanted to provide a more comfortable environment for its employees during break time. The resulting space is very open and bright even though it is in the basement. The space includes seating for more than 125 employees, two television viewing areas, catered food service, vending machines, bring-your-own lunch area with refrigerators and microwaves and a quiet area for reading.
